How soon can you get tattoos after BA surgery?

Assuming you are completely healed from your BA, you should be able to get your tattoos re worked 3 months postop.

In breast augmentation treatment process, you should avoid any intervention to your breasts at least 4 months. When you have the approval of your surgeon about the completion of the treatment process, you can get or remove a tattoo.

You should be extra careful during your healing period as certain procedures could increase your risk of infection. I recommend that you ask your doctor for an antibiotic prescription prior to any dental procedures, piercings or tattoos to protect against the risk of infection.
