This woman is a DREAM of a doctor. Most beautiful bed side manner, personality, SO honest and helpful. Provided very good insight and guidance and often discouraged treatments that she didnt find effective even when it meant losing business. I have also seen work she has done on personal friends and her work is impeccable and extremely thorough. I rate her 20 out of 10 in all areas.
I am 44 years old. After the birth of my children I began experiencing constant severe lower back pain due to a diastasic recti (about 3 inches wide) and nothing improved it. After five years of dealing with the pain I began to search online for other women that were experiencing the same issue. Many women mentioned that after having a tummy tuck their lower back pain improved or went away so I decided to have the procedure done. After reading and seeing some of the results women experienced with a general surgeon repairing their diastasis recti I decided to look for a plastic surgeon. Also, I had saggy loose skin around my waist from the pregnancies so I wanted to address that too. I researched plastic surgeons for 1 year before I settled on Dr. Erica Anderson at the Naderi Center. I am so grateful I found her! I had surgery July of 2021 and since then my lower back pain is nonexistent. Also, she was able to bring back the waistline l had prior to having my children. She did an amazing job and words cannot express how grateful I am to have found her. She also has a great bedside manner. I NEVER write reviews but I really wanted other mothers that are experiencing a similar situation to know that there are great doctors out there like Dr. Anderson that can possibly help you.
Dr. Erica Anderson is the BEST doctor I could have ever asked for. I went in for a breast augmentation and truly couldn’t be happier with my results. During my pre op appointments I felt so heard, she knew exactly what I wanted and was extremely confident which I loved. I showed her inspiration pictures and told her the size I wanted - which was not the size of the pics (I was un knowledge to breast sizes). Dr. Anderson recommended a size and profile that would look best on me while also matching the photos. I was nervous about the size but got reassured from herself and her assistants, so I trusted her guidance as she had years and years of experience. I am so happy I did - my breast are perfect absolutely flawless! All of her assistants were so knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Anderson and her whole clinic. My recovery was easy and fabulous, minimum pain. My results are absolutely everything I could have ever asked for and I am beyond happy. She has truly changed my life forever and I cannot thank her enough. The BEST, most knowledgeable, confident doctor. Such a beautiful woman inside and out with a shining personality and 5 star doctor! Highly recommended!
Dr. Anderson is an angel sent to us from the medical gods. I trust Dr. Anderson so much that not only would I follow her into hell if she asked me to go, I would pull up Google Maps to find us the fastest way there. There are not enough adjectives in the world for me to describe how phenomenal she is a physician and as a human being. Kind, compassionate, patient, funny. Smart, extraordinarily skilled. I'll let the B&A below do all the talking. My implants are mentor 355 MP anatomical unders. My brachioplasty and mastopexy w/ augmentation was on September 3, 2019 at the Inova Fair Oaks ambulatory center in Fairfax, VA. I'm told the overall surgery was about ~5 hours. The first week I felt like complete kaka. Through this time, Dr. Anderson was so supportive and responsive with any questions I had. She also gave me and my mom (who was taking care of me) her personal cell phone and asked that we directly contact her with concerns. We did have to do that twice due to a 100.8 post-op fever on day 2 and a lot of post-op swelling. I got percocet and celebrex to help me through the recovery period. My mom, also a nurse, had me off the percocet like a drill sergeant by day 5 or 6 and I've been on acetaminophen solely since then. Today is day 16 and the mornings are still pretty sore for me until the AM tylenol kicks in. I am 32 y/o, 5'3", and hover around 140 - 145 lbs. and have lost ~150 lbs. from my highest weight back in 2005. The sacks of skin and tissue that hung where my breasts were supposed to be would fall into my arm pits when I laid down. I also need to mention that my areolae are not actually triangular, that's just the post-op tape. Amazing. Holy cow.
Absolutely incredible. Experience and specialty do matter. Dr. Anderson is a highly skilled doctor and a body artist. Her expertise in scale and knowledge of what will look good resulted in the best outcome for me. I wasted thousands on Coolsculpting and every compression garment on the market. I wish I had done it sooner. I am so glad I did the surgery and I could not be more pleased. I feel like I look better than I did in high school. As I told a friend... Tummy Tuck $$$$, Pain and recovery $$$, Compression garments $$. Putting on a dress for the first time without Spanx in 10 years.... Priceless! Thank you so much Dr. Anderson!!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Anderson more highly. She is a consummate professional who instantly puts you at ease. She listens to your concerns and never tries to push procedures or treatments. I’m thrilled with the results of my surgery and would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
Omg I MISS HER!!! Dr. Anderson is amazing!!!!! I'm an old patient of hers here in Atlanta. I had gastric a while back and lost a lot of weight so I had to have skin removal due to my previous surgeries my belly button had fungus so Dr. Anderson had to create me a new one. Shortly after my surgery she had to move and I haven't been able to find another surgeon to help here in Atlanta.
As someone who had never had anything done to my face i was a little nervous at the beginning! Dr. Anderson made me comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I had cheek filler done and I couldn’t feel a thing. No bruising or swelling. She is very honest and doesn’t try to push you to have anything done that you don’t need! I highly recommend seeing her. I will be going back soon!
In a word, Dr. Anderson is fabulous. She is thorough, patient and informative. She took a bad situation and did a remarkable job correcting a surgery that had gone wrong. I am once again feeling good and extremely happy with my results.
Dr Anderson is awesome! She is a professional, knowledgeable, and fun! It is nice to have someone treating you well And bringing a fun dynamic to the experience. I am very happy with both the her “bedside” manner and the results she provided. Highly recommend her
It is reasonable to do a lift with your current implants or have them exchanged. Either approach is possible. I recommend you meet with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to help you decide the best approach for you.
I would wait for at least 6 weeks after hernia repair before proceeding with a tummy tuck. The strength of the repair should be adequate for the next step. Best wishes.
For your best result, a lift is needed. If you are bothered by being able to feel the implant, then you should explant them. You are thin so you will always be able to feel them. If you are bothered by the animation deformity, change the implants to a shaped implant and they can be placed in the prepectoral space and your muscle can be returned to the chest wall. A combination approach would be best but ultimately it depends on your goals and what you will be happy with.
You will be very happy with the shape improvement with a lollipop lift. Do not accept a full anchor. And the Ideal implant is great if you want to stay with saline. The scarring overall may seem scary but it fades and you will be much happier with the result in the long run. Best wishes.
Truthfully, you will be far worse with liposuction alone. Based on your photos, you already have excess skin and removing fat will make that excess skin worse. Since you have stretch marks, it also suggests that your skin will not recoil well from liposuction. Go for a full tummy tuck or do nothing. Best wishes.
