I have had a few procedures done with Dr. Shermak. After losing 160 lbs and consulting with many surgeons I found the perfect place. I’ve had a tummy tuck and lower back lift in one procedure and an arm lift with breast implants. What I love the most is that Dr. Shermak maximizes your results and actually listens to your goals providing realistic expectations! No one thinks I’ve had work done because everything looks like it belongs specifically for my body. The major standout for me is how the team cares for you! The best bed side manners anyone could ask for during such procedures! I will forever be grateful for Dr. Shermak and her team making me feel comfortable welcomed and ensuring I had a great experience and results from start to finish!

Doctor Shermak is the absolute best in the industry! I knew right away after the consult that I wanted her to do my breast augmentation. She had great bed side manner and made me feel so comfortable. I had my surgery last month and the results are FAR better than I could have imagined. My incisions are healing very nicely, and my breast look very natural and perfect fit for my body type! I will be using her for all future cosmetic needs.

After having a bilateral mastectomy 10 years ago, I finally decided I was ready for implants. I wanted to feel more like myself again. From my very first consultation with Dr. Shermak, I knew I was in good hands. I found her through online reviews, and everything people said was true. She was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciated that I never had to sit around waiting, and every step of the process was handled with care and efficiency. We started with expanders during the summer, which worked out well since I’m a teacher. I took my time with the fills to ensure comfort. The second surgery for the implants went just as smoothly. I was back to work two weeks later with no surprises and great results. The team made it easy to schedule appointments around my teaching schedule, which was especially helpful since I work in D.C. and the office is in Timonium. Communication was also a breeze. They even respond to texts quickly, which made everything feel convenient and personal. Dr. Shermak empowered me to make my own decisions, but I ultimately trusted her judgment, and I’m so glad I did. I love my results. I feel more confident in what I wear and how I look. Honestly, my only regret is waiting 10 years to do it. Dr. Shermak, her nurse Tori, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. They truly care, and it shows. If you’re considering post-mastectomy reconstruction or implants, I can’t recommend them enough!

AMAZING! Dr. Shermak is not only a top-notch surgeon, but she's caring and compassionate as well! She fully explained everything. She made me feel completely at ease the day of surgery and at all follow-up appointments. Her staff is caring (Tori especially!!). I felt fully informed and supported every step of the way and achieved results beyond my expectations. If you're on the fence about working with Dr. Shermak, don't be! Go for it!

I have been a patient of Dr Shermak’s for eighteen years, she came highly recommended from a dear friend when I needed reconstructive breast surgery. Surgery that turned out better than I dared to hope. Thankfully my needs have been different over the years. Yet with each of my life chapters Dr Shermak has always had my best interest at heart. She has a gift in not only her skill level but the ability to foresee and recommend the perfect procedure for the end result desired. This past visit along with my usual Botox she suggested using Restylane contouring my cheekbones. What a game changer: it gave my checks such an amazing lift and also filled in my hollowed under eye area! The total look is so soft, so natural. I look very well rested and literally years younger. I am thrilled! Dr Shermak is so talented in all areas, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Shermak and her considerate team. Dr. Shermak gave me exactly what I asked for: subtle implants that enhanced my silhouette without looking like I was overdone. I look natural and feel confident, post kids. Dr. Shermak took her time to answer questions and because of that, I never felt rushed. Day of surgery, I felt informed and ready to go. The whole team was pleasant, knowable and encouraging. The post op visits have been fantastic as well. I am so thrilled I went forward with Dr. Shermak and would recommend her to anyone considering silicone implants!

Dr. Shermak gave me my life as a woman back! I had an inner thigh lift that left me with poor results and an inability to function. After several attempts to fix it, I came to Dr. Shermak. She corrected the issue and gave me a beautiful natural look!! I could not be happier. She and her team literally saved me!

Maybe I should’ve waited longer to write this review to allow everything to settle in, but decided to do it now and then add a follow-up in about twelve months. It has been two weeks since my rhinoplasty surgery and I could not possibly be any happier with the results! Although, the final results may not show until a year after surgery. I can see a noticeable positive difference in the appearance of my nose, and the issue I had had seemed to be corrected. I was able to go back to work after 7 days of the surgery. My only regret is that I did not get this surgery many years ago! If I could do it again I would choose Dr. Shermak every single time. Her entire staff, anesthesiologist, and amazing nurses made my experience from start to finish so friendly and comforting. I would recommend Dr. Shermak to everyone considering a rhinoplasty. It’s horrifying to change your face but when you know you’re trusting the right doctor it makes the experience exciting, fulfilling, and peaceful. BTW my wife had done plastic surgery with Dr. Shermak thirteen years ago and she’s happy with the results.

From my consultation to my post-op appointments, my experience has been top notch. There aren’t enough words that capture the sincere gratitude that I have for Dr. Shermak and her team. My self confidence has improved tremendously, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy my birthday trip to Cabo to show off my mommy makeover!
