Will my breasts look fuller/bigger as they drop and heal? 2 days post op 325cc.

Your implants need time to drop and settle under your skin after a breast augmentation. It can take several months for the implants to settle and for swelling to go down before you can begin to notice the final results of your augmentation. As the volume shifts from the top of the breast, they will likely appear much more natural and fuller from the front.

I would recommend to see a board-certified plastic surgeon about your concerns and for an in-person examination, but also, be patient and see if you may be able to avoid a breast augmentation revision.
