Why do my breast implants seem deformed from most angles? Is this normal? (photos)

From the photos provided it appears you have a nice result from your breast augmentation. Your preoperative photos show some irregularities. Sometimes these become more noticeable after augmentation because of the focus on your breasts after surgery as well as the implants pushing them more to the forefront. I wouldn't recommend that the surgery be revised at this time.

I think you have a perfectly nice result. You had some asymmetry ahead of time and you have mild asymmetry afterwards. However overall it is a good result and you should enjoy them. If you see enough surgeons some may try to talk you into a revision. That would be mistake in
my opinion.
