Why do my breast implants seem deformed from most angles? Is this normal? (photos)

Your breasts and breast skin will continue to change (and age) over time, even with implants, but by now the implants have settled into position. It is a little challenging to tell from the photos, but you did appear to have some asymmetry before surgery, and it looks like you have the same asymmetry now after surgery. Overall, I think you have a pretty good result, and you're being too hard on yourself!

Your photos show that you have achieved a good outcome from the surgery. The limited benefits from a revision to improve symmetry are not enough to justify additional surgery.

I think you have a perfectly nice result. You had some asymmetry ahead of time and you have mild asymmetry afterwards. However overall it is a good result and you should enjoy them. If you see enough surgeons some may try to talk you into a revision. That would be mistake in
my opinion.

Yes, you got a nice result, and yes, your breasts will not be exactly alike, because they were not exactly alike before surgery. They do not look deformed. I am not sure what image you had in mind, but please discuss this with your surgeon.

It appears that you have a very nice result from your breast augmentation surgery. It is difficult to see from the photos that you posted exactly what you are concerned about. Perhaps an in-person consultation would be better to discuss your concerns.

From the photos provided it appears you have a nice result from your breast augmentation. Your preoperative photos show some irregularities. Sometimes these become more noticeable after augmentation because of the focus on your breasts after surgery as well as the implants pushing them more to the forefront. I wouldn't recommend that the surgery be revised at this time.

I am asked this question many times. Usually, a quick look at the before pictures shows the difference that is still apparent after surgery. You have some very distinct differences in your breasts before surgery. Your results after surgery look excellent to me. The differences I see are so subtle, that you would have to study your breasts with a tape measure to appreciate any difference. 80% of women are asymmentric. The differences I see are the differences in your own breasts. Consider your results excellent and enjoy them!!

While your breasts look very good, the one side is a bit higher and so is the nipple. Lowering the crease and removing some of the lower capsule would round out and lower the breast and also equalize the nipple height.
