Mini tummy tuck combined with 360 lipo versus doing 360 lipo and a full tuck? (Photos)

I lost over 150 pounds about seven years age at age 20, 197 cm tall male stayed stable since then. My main concern is the lower abdominal pooch and overhang that is still there. In my head I just want it to be flat so nothing hang over or under my boxers. upper abs have a nice popped out definition or pseudo-definition for lack of a better term that I really like and want to keep if possible. I also have gynecomastia on my chest and would like to know if pure flat more masculine chest is realistic via male mastectomy? I am trying to decide between a mini tummy tuck combined with 360 lipo versus doing 360 lipo and full tuck. Some people full only in my situation what path do I taken Would a mini tummy tuck preserve my current upper ab definition better than a full tummy tuck?
