M26, 162 Lbs. I’ve lost ~90 lbs. Will I need surgery or will my skin potentially stretch back? (Photos)

SpicyLlama33
Hello, I’m M26, 162 Lbs. I’ve lost ~90 lbs from my heaviest 18 months ago and I’m so close to my goal! I’m happy how I look above and below the abdomen but there is very stubborn fat around the abdomen/groin that I can’t lose. I do have stretch marks on my stomach and the skin looks a little wrinkly so I’m assuming I’ll need a tummy tuck and some lipo. I’m in the process of looking up local surgeons and scheduling consultations but in the meantime I was hoping to get some opinions on what procedures I’d need based on how I look right now. Thanks!
