Breast implants, would touching or sexual foreplay cause any damage?

No, the risk of rupture of your implants is very low.  HOWEVER, with this being said, I would recommend that you limit any manipulation of the implants for at least 4-6 weeks (aside from massage).  The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity.  I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with.   Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Implants cannot be damaged by sexual activity. However roughness early after surgery can cause discomfort and even bleeding that would require a trip back to the operating room.  But there is no chance of the implant being damaged.I actually suggest patients have intimate relations the night of surgery.The ultimate answer to your question is just like at all other times, sexual activity should be limited to what is desired.  If your boyfriend causes you discomfort tell him to chill out.  The fact of the matter is that most men are afraid of hurting their partner after surgery and are generally quite gentle.

The implants can handle rough blunt trauma quite well. (But they handle penetrating trauma very poorly) However, the tissue around the implants may bleed requiring surgical evacuation of the hematoma if the breasts are handled too vigorously. If there is minor non-clinically detected bleeding, then one has an increased risk of capsular contracture (hard breasts). Therefore, one should treat the breast as if they have had recent surgery until your physician gives her the go ahead. 

Recovery is variable. However, I generally tell patients to expect a 6 week recovery. They will be able to resume the majority of their usual activities by 7-10 days (2 weeks at the most).  Swelling and settling of the implants can continue for the first 6-8 weeks.I generally discourage exercise for 4 weeks and heavy lifting or strenuous activity for 6 weeks.The question of sexual activity is dependent upon the nature of the activity. I would tend to discourage aggressive handling of the operative site for 6 weeks post operatively. This is not for fear of damaging the implants as they are nearly indestructible (you can run them over with a car). Rather, this is to avoid traumatizing the tissue and changing the pocket in the early pot-op period.However, the best advice is always to follow the recommendations of your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

as you would be weeks after surgery, there is no risk of damage from foreplay or intimacy in any way.  Once cleared for activities, you should be able to do anything you please in any way you want to.

It is highly unlikely that your breast implants will rupture due to sexual foreplay several weeks post op. However, if you are still in a lot of pain several weeks following your procedure, there may be something else going on that should be addressed with your surgeon. 

If a few weeks after breast augmentation, there is absolutely zero chance of your breast implants rupturing with sexual foreplay.  However, pain should be your limiting factor, and if so, allow for more time of healing.

Post-operative instructions will vary depending on the surgeon performing your breast implant surgery. Generally speaking, I recommend to my patients that no strenuous activity or pressure occur to the breasts for at least four weeks after surgery. At that point, activity or pressure can occur as tolerated. Any discomfort is an indication to rest for a period until the discomfort is gone before resuming similar activity. Early strenuous activity including foreplay can risk placing unnecessary pressure on the implant and incision site and can cause wound healing problems or other injuries. It is reasonable that even up to 6 weeks post surgery there might be some discomfort.
I would qualify that the discomfort should be progressively subsiding - this would correlate with the swelling that you have mentioned in your question - this too will subside progressively. 
The simple response to your second question is not usually. If the amount of physical force applied to the implants is very extreme then there would be a possibility of rupture - rare though.
To be safe I would recommend you follow up with your Surgeon to examine the implants and advise you further.

You are all over the place with your complaints? Not sure what is wrong? Can you please provide any photos that will help clarify your issues that you are having.
