well, it seems like you're going to have a beautiful result when things settle down. It is no special reason to concerned about having bottoming out or other problems given what you look like now. Good luck with your healing.

For 12 days post op, your results are probably in the normal range, but since I was not involved in your operation, it's hard to know what to expect at this point.  Your best guide is your own surgeon.  Be sure to keep up your visits and bring up any problems or questions or concerns.

Your results look excellent & I wouldn't be concerned.  With your small frame & 445cc large implants you will certainly notice a significant difference.  They seem to be symmetrical & healing well.  They will take many weeks to completely settle.  All the best
