I was hesitant to have liposuction and gynaecomastia, but was able to commit and have this procedure as Dr Maresky was reassuring and calming. My surgery was on time and his team is very friendly and reassuring. When I got out of surgery i was shocked at the way I was transformed. My tummy was flat and man boobs gone. I was very well taken care of at the hospital and Gideon personally checked up on e just to ensure all is well. I continue to receive support as i am slowly healing . I would recommend this surgeon for any body aesthetics works as I can guarantee great experience and results.

I had a brachioplasty performed by Dr Maresky . I was in awe of the care and support I received from Dr Maresky after the procedure. I have never come across a doctor that gave his patients his cellphone number to contact him at anytime. Dr Maresky is really passionate about his work and wants to make sure that his patients are 100% satisfied with the outcome. I had a very severe case of gynecomastia that I have dealt with my whole life. I can genuinely say that it was the best decision of my life going to Dr Maresky. I had many consultations with other surgeons in Johannesburg and Cape Town. All the other surgeons wanted to perform procedures that would leave me with large scaring around the areola. I am now 6 months post-op and have literally no scaring whatsoever ! I could not be more thrilled with the results. Dr Maresky is a great guy, he makes you feel safe and listened to, he takes time to explain the procedure in detail to you and he was also the most affordable surgeon that I consulted with. I’m completely blown away by my results 6 weeks later , my stomach is flat , I have a better shape to my body (I was square prior) and the scar looks like someone just scratched me .From start to end Dr Maresky made the experience expectational pleasant.His service is professional and his friendly and enthusiastic personality made the experience 10 times better as I was nervous.
