Hi! I had my Butt implant done intramuscular in november 2022 but now one implant is visible and i really really want to take them out. i dont like them and they are really uncomfortable. I want to do a fat transer instead at the same day as i remove the buttimplant. I just want to know if it is possible

Answer: Bbl and implant removing at the same time Hello, if your implant size is not more then 250 cc , you can do the same time ,but if its size bigger then 250 cc i recommend to wait for injection at least 6-9 months.

I do not perform fat transfer to the glutes or fat transfer during a butt implant removal procedure because if the fat seeding is done at the same time, it might get infected or die; there is no guarantee that the seeding will stick.
