Can I lipo my hips after BBL?

Question

I had a second round bbl 6 months ago. The first round was perfect and amazing and I love the result. I gained some weight so had a round 2, but this time the surgeon (same one) put fat too high on my hip and I absolutely hate it, it makes me look huge and looks completely different to the first round. Can I have that fat lipo'd off of my hip bone/love handles area so it looks more like my first round??

Considering that everything related to fat transfer is unpredictable to a certain degree, it is not unusual that patient needs addional body contouring after fat grafts have matured and result is stable. Liposuction and some fat grafting are usually the way to correct residual asymmetries. Hope this helps.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure, we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you’ve had two operations, then you should ideally include before and after pictures of each of the procedures.
Fat can be removed with liposuction in pretty much any part of the body where you have subcutaneous fat.
 I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your provider to forward the pictures they took.
Consider re-posting with the proper before and after pictures if you want an assessment and better recommendations.
 Your decision to have a second BBL seems questionable since you were happy with the first outcome. All plastic surgeons are well familiar with the phrase “the enemy of good is better.”
