I had a second round bbl 6 months ago. The first round was perfect and amazing and I love the result. I gained some weight so had a round 2, but this time the surgeon (same one) put fat too high on my hip and I absolutely hate it, it makes me look huge and looks completely different to the first round. Can I have that fat lipo'd off of my hip bone/love handles area so it looks more like my first round??

Answer: Hip liposuction Dear holiday81, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Revision of BBL result Considering that everything related to fat transfer is unpredictable to a certain degree, it is not unusual that patient needs addional body contouring after fat grafts have matured and result is stable. Liposuction and some fat grafting are usually the way to correct residual asymmetries. Hope this helps.
