Considering that everything related to fat transfer is unpredictable to a certain degree, it is not unusual that patient needs addional body contouring after fat grafts have matured and result is stable. Liposuction and some fat grafting are usually the way to correct residual asymmetries. Hope this helps.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure, we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you’ve had two operations, then you should ideally include before and after pictures of each of the procedures.
Fat can be removed with liposuction in pretty much any part of the body where you have subcutaneous fat.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your provider to forward the pictures they took.
