Hi, I’m 20 years old and I have an inverted triangle shape. I’ve always wanted to even out my frame with realistic hips and I was just wondering with the amount of fat I have, would it be possible to make a realistic shape/silhouette?

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

If you have an inverted triangle shape, where your shoulders and bust are wider than your hips, a BBL can potentially help in achieving a more balanced and hourglass-like silhouette. By enhancing the size and projection of your buttocks, it can create the illusion of a more proportionate figure.

During a BBL, a plastic surgeon will use liposuction to remove excess fat from areas of your body where it is unwanted, such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs. Thanks for your question. It is difficult to provide a proper evaluation from this picture alone. I suggest uploading additional pictures from the side and back in a bikini. That said, a BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. The liposuction will define your waist and the injected fat will give you more hips and projection. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience in with BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. But I do see that you have some fat on your belly and sides. You don't have a curvy shape.
adding fat to your hips and buttocks can improve that.

Hope you are doing well. Based on your photo, I believe that you can significantly improve your body shape with body contouring, including Lipo 360 and fat grafting to the buttocks or hips. Prior to that, it is important to make sure we know your full medical history, and determine whether you want to have any children in the near future. If you are in good health, do not smoke, and are not planning on having children soon – you would be a good candidate for body contouring procedures.

To make a quality assessment requires quality pictures. Look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea of how we assess patients.
A single frontal picture in clothing is insufficient to make an assessment. Consider posting pictures of your body, showing the front side and backside wearing undergarments.
Delivering consistent quality, Liposuction, and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. There is a significant variation in scala among plastic surgeons for this procedure. To find the right provider to get an accurate assessment, and hopefully deliver the results are hoping for I suggest having multiple inperson consultations with providers in your community who have experience with the procedure.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up your portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patient who had similar body characteristics to your own. That’s the best way to get an idea of what your results will most likely look like, especially you in the hands of the provider you’re consulting with. An experience provider should have no difficulty showing it before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Continue having consultations until you feel confident you found the most qualified provider for your needs. there are significant variations in skill and experience among board-certified plastic surgeons for this procedure. For that reason, I suggest patient start by having at least five in person consultations to help find the best provider.

Hi. I believe you have enough fat to fill your hip-dips and get a more hourglass shape. It’s probably a good idea to do lipo 360 to get as much fat as possible.
