Question

I have, between my breasts at the bottom some skin that is lifted from my sternum do I have congenital symmastia? I've only noticed it recently when my boobs got larger (don't know why, I'm 37). I can only see and feel the lifted skin and pulling when I sit a certain way

It’s difficult to say based on the photo and info you’ve provided, although it doesn’t appear you have symmastia at first glance. An inperson assessment is recommended.

Your breasts have quite a large skin envelope and are quite floppy. I do not see evidence of symmastia as I do not see any breast tissue connecting across between them overlying the sternum. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Good morning!
You may have some of that squishy soft tissue between your skin and breastbone that causes some tenting when you bend forward- it's actually not that uncommon in milder forms. If it really bothers you it can be treated, but the solution isn't as simple as, say, a first time breast augmentation. It usually involves some liposuction up and down the center of your chest, followed by a suture repair to attach the skin to the bone. At the same time you can get implants if you want.

I appreciate your concerns, however your photos do not demonstrate any signs of Synmastia, perhaps early ptosis. Anatomically your breasts do fall laterally as do your nipples, but this is not a deformity. No, you do not have "congenital" symmastia, but do have some sagging of your breasts.  As we age, especially after having children, the skin on our chests stretches as the breasts stretch.

Hi, its difficult to say 100% from the photo but often women can have excess fatty/breast tissue in this area. Its often difficult to correct but i find smart lipo to this area can reduce the thickness and help to contract the skin. However, if you breast weight is part of the problem then that may have to be addressed too
