Do you think from the photos, that I have congenital symmastia? (Photo)

I have, between my breasts at the bottom some skin that is lifted from my sternum do I have congenital symmastia? I've only noticed it recently when my boobs got larger (don't know why, I'm 37). I can only see and feel the lifted skin and pulling when I sit a certain way
