Hello @Genuine574986 thank you for your question. Is important you consult with your endocrinologist, if you have your doctor approval yes you can have your surgery. Keep in mind that for any surgery you want to undergo, you need to be in good health, which reduces the risks in the operating room and it depends on every specialist the requirements for every surgery.. I suggest you consult with several board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS
Dear Genuine574986,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
You will want to begin by speaking with your primary physician as to why your PTT is elevated and addressing it. Once the underlying reason is identified and it is well controlled you can visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to determine if you are a candidate for a tummy tuck.
Thank you for your questions. With any significant medical history, it is a requirement to have medical clearance from the medical doctor who manages your health care. During your potential surgery, your surgeon and doctor will work together to develop the best plan for you. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon. In our office we offer 3D imaging to give our patients an accurate idea of what their final result will look like. Good luck!
Preoperative lab tests should be discussed with the surgeon. If you’ve selected a provider then I suggest you ask him or her. If not then I suggest having in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons at which time you can review your medical history and lab results.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD

Borderline lab results by themselves are not sufficient to determining candidacy for cosmetic surgery on their own. When combined with more information and your physician's judgement, your surgeon will determine if further blood studies are required. Best wishes...
It's great to hear that you're considering a tummy tuck, liposuction, and Brazilian butt lift to enhance your body contours. While your last pregnancy was over two years ago, you've had tubal removal surgery just six weeks ago. It's essential to allow your body enough time to heal and recover...
Thank you for your question. In general, as you bring the muscles together to create the sculpted abdominal look, the tissues above the belly button will become redundant and need to be lowered and tightened to achieve an outstanding result. The position of the belly button during the float is...
Thank you for your questions and photos. From your photo, you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck with 360 liposuction. In one of your photos you are pointing out the spot next to your breast/underarm area. The lateral chest is not usually included with 360 liposuction areas. It can be...
