I feel like my nose sticks out too much, and I want to have just a smaller nose with a round tip instead of it being so pointy. Is there anyway this could happen?

It would be useful to see some photographs. Depending on the degree of tip projection it is likely that you would need an open rhinoplasty. At the same time the shape and configuration of the nasal tip cartilages can be adjusted to achieve a more rounded tip appearance. However, these decisions need to be made at a consultation . I would recommend seeking the opinion of an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon
