I was initially pleased with my consult for septo/rhino with Dr. Numa. The office was nice and the staff were friendly. However, I asked the staff and was told before my appointment that the consult would be billed through my insurance and it was not, only the nasal endo was. Annoying, but not a dealbreaker for me. Dr. Numa himself was professional and patient in allowing questions and explained everything in as much detail as I requested. I know from my research and the consult
