I’m so lucky I took the chance on Dr Walker to perform my THIRD rhinoplasty! He achieved what I never thought was possible. My nose is was naturally small/flat low projection and common with Asian/ethnic persons. Very few surgeons can truly alter this. I found this out the hard way by trying other surgeons. Save your money and get it right with Dr Walker THE FIRST TIME. I wish I had!

My nose had been my biggest insecurity since middle school - wide nostrils, super bulbous tip, and super thick skin. No amount of makeup contouring could save it, so I'm very happy with my results under Dr. Walker's skilled hands! The specific procedure I got was Asian Rhinoplasty, which requires fascia above the ear and rib cartilage under the breast. It's a complex and major surgery needless to say, but everything has been so smooth thanks to Dr. Walker. For anyone who is looking for a good surgeon, p l e a s e at the very least do yourself a favor and get a consultation with this man! Dr. Walker operates with the utmost integrity. During my visits, he would always take the time to educate me of what is actually possible and what isn't based on my specific nose. I distinctly remember at the end of my very first visit how he heeded me to wait and not move forward with scheduling surgery because he felt I was being too hasty with such a big decision. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me his business; he always had the best intention of empowering me to make the best choice for myself. The second reason why I highly recommend Dr. Walker is because of his passion to create as perfect of an outcome as he can. He said my procedure would take 7 hours, but it ended up being 8, and that extra time spent was very evident in my unbelievably great post-op recovery. The narcotics you take for days after post-op? Nope, my surgery ended on a Friday afternoon and I stopped needing them Sunday afternoon. The swelling that makes you look like an alien? Nope, I had minimal cheek swelling that went away in 3 days. The bruising that everyone experiences post-op? Nope, I had z e r o bruises and zero purple/yellow tint to my skin. I know myself, and I know that my Asian skin easily bruises. So for my recovery to be this smooth, I know Dr. Walker must've spent a great deal of time carefully and gently crafting my new nose, even though he had no reason other than that he simply wanted to. I had consulted with several surgeons, and I have zero regrets choosing Dr. Walker. My nose is 2 months post-op, looks super natural, and completely matches my face. If I ever feel like doing more facial cosmetics, I will definitely be going to Dr. Walker - literally no reason to try out and trust another doctor!

I've always been insecure about my side profile due to my double chin and lack of jawline. I would cover these features with my hair or angle the camera on a way to cover it. To make matters worse, I would bite the inside of my cheeks so much I would get these blood blisters. No matter how much weight I would lose, I could never get rid of either. I finally wanted to do something about it. I first saw Dr. Walker's work on Tiktok when he performed a buccal fat removal along with chin and neck liposuction. I did more research and saw that he is double board certified and highly specializes in the face and neck. I visited his office in Atlanta and his staff (Shannon, Megan, Leslie and surgery team (forgive me I couldn't remember there names) have been so nice, helpful and accommodating. I chose Dr. Walker to perform my buccal fat removal and chin/liposuction because he extremely knowledgeable, passionate and a perfectionist. I couldn't believe I didn't even bruise! This procedure was performed under local anesthesia and because I lived 3.5 hours away, he gave me dissolvable sutures and they healed so great that I'm only a week post-op and I can barely see the little incision! If you are thinking about doing any facial procedures please visit Dr. Walker as he is an expert. This is your face, it has so many nerves. This is your face, it has so many nerves and you don't want to risk being paralyzed trying to save a buck. You need to choose someone you can trust and I am so glad I chose Dr. Walker and his team!

Dr. Thomas Walker was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel so comfortable and went out of his way to accommodate every detail of my appointment and surgery. Each and every nurse anesthesiologist surgical assistant haD nothing but amazing things to say about his talent demeanor intelligence and how he was a true artist and had a love for his profession. They said they all fight to get in his surgeries and you can tell he respects every aspect of what he does. Extremely happy and blown away from start to finish.

I am now 8 weeks post-op septorhinoplasty revision surgery performed by Dr. Walker and I could not be any happier. The nightmare experience which brought me to Dr. Walker started with another board certified plastic surgeon perforating my septum and not only misrepresenting what was entailed in correcting his mistake but also his knowledge and skill to do so. After a botched attempt at a repair (to include a horrifying hemorrhage 3 days post-op) I was left with an unsightly septal appearance and a whistling/wheezing sound through the now enlarged perforation that was unbearable, keeping me awake nightly and having a profound impact on the quality of my life. My trust in plastic surgeons was zero from this experience ... until I met Dr. Walker. After hours and hours of searching, reading, acquiring recommendations from the medical community, I made an appointment to consult with Dr. Walker. At my first appointment, I could tell I had made the right decision. Dr. Walker is an extremely professional, deeply knowledgeable and exceedingly skilled surgeon. He does not tell you what you want to hear, he informs you of your real choices and real possible outcomes. His thorough examinations, demonstrated depth of knowledge, and tell-it-like-it-is demeanor gave me the confidence to put myself in his hands and through a complex 9+hour surgery. If you are reading this and trying to decide upon a doctor for any type of corrective nose surgery, you could not make a better choice than Dr. Walker; his surgical skills are unmatched. The outcome of my surgery was better than hoped for and the quality of my life has been restored. I can't thank Dr. Walker enough.

Dr. Walker was amazing. I couldn't be more happy with his work. I had quite the nose...deviated septum, large hump, drooping tip...my surgery took almost six hours! But it’s beautiful on the outside and works like magic on the inside. Set up an appointment and meet him in person and you'll see why everyone loves him. He truly is fulfilled by his work and will give you the best possible nose for your face - not something done up. I'm so thankful I went to him and not someone else.

My experience with Dr. Walker has been wonderful. He is very clear in what he can and will do. Then he does it. He explains everything very clearly. Both Pro's and Con's. And he won't do anything he doesn't think needs to be done. He is clearly at home in surgery. His excitement and demeanor put me right at ease. He is great. I would highly recommend him for any nasal surgery you may need done.

I had my surgery done by Dr. Thomas Walker beginning of August 2018 and I could not be happier. I was born with a congenital anomaly on my nose. I had a nasal surgery by another doctor when I was 17 years old and he not only did not fix the problem but actually made it worse. Dr. Walker was able to fix it for me. Dr. Walker is a MAGICIAN and ARTIST. He knows exactly what to do, how to do it and is extremely honest and professional. He will be open about what can and cannot be done. My case was very complex and the surgery took almost 8 hours. The results are impressive. I saw a total of 9 doctors throughout my life about my case and no one was ever able to find a solution for me. I am only 27 years old and already was losing hope that it could never be fixed. Dr. Walker made it happen and I am very happy. The staff was very helpful and friendly before, during, and after the surgery. Dr. Walker knew exactly what would happen and was amazing at explaining everything so I never felt stressed or worried.
