I'm 28 years old, half polynesian with a cleft lip and deviated septum. I am wanting to improve the appearance of my scar as it seems wide and textured, could this be surgically revised at all? I am also hoping to get more symmetry in my nose, I dont care much how it looks from the side, or worried about my bridge, but I would like more even nostrils with a little less width to my nose. Not completely different or western, but softer and refined.

Best to return to see your rhinoplasty surgeon TODAY! If packing in after one week than you need in person re evaluation to see what is the issue. Also cleaning the nostrils should be only done in office, not at home.
