I'm a healthy female, 30s, looking for an overall more refined appearance and reduction of my bulbous tip. I think I have thick skin. I'm caucasian but I feel like I see more of the rhinoplasties I'm interested in on East Asians. Hoping it might be possible for just the lower section of my nose to be worked on as I don't dislike the bridge or my profile, just the tip and nostril area..
