Hi - if by “wonky” you mean making the dorsum straight and possibly refining the tip, then yes rhinoplasty is a very effective option. I’d recommend a consultation with a plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty to be more throughly evaluated in person.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The dorsum needs to be straightened and the nose angle could be raised. I cannot tell from your photographs but you may or may not need a septoplasty.

Based on your photos, you appear to have an over projected nasal profile appearance. That means that your nose sticks out a bit too far. This appears to be associated with a dorsal hump in a droopy tip. Issues like this are commonly address during rhinoplasty surgery to allow somebody's nose to blend in. If you are looking to achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance, you may consider consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists to see what to expect moving forward.
