It really comes down to what specifically bothers you. From an outside perspective, you’re very attractive, and it wouldn’t make sense to suggest procedures without knowing exactly what concerns you. The best approach is for you to identify what’s bothering you and then see if there’s a good surgical solution for it. If you’re unsure, take your time—you're already beautiful, and many procedures can’t be undone once they’re done.

you are attractive and beautiful. I understand everyone's personal decision, but I would not suggest you any surgery at this point of time. Botox, Retin-A, etc ... good skin care help along and with time. Fillers often start looking weird when overdone, and unfortunately, they often are. They seem to incompletely to dissolve with time, and can cause problems later on when facial surgery might be considered. Blepharoplasties , when time is right, are a great idea, since the eye-region has a pivotal role on perceived emotions. I think in your case, less is more. Too often the enemy of good, is better.

The least expensive and easier procedure would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Another thing to consider is a rhinoplasty. The tip is somewhat bulbous and needs to be refined and the lip angle is too sharp, is at 90 degrees and needs to be at 110 degrees.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Most plastic surgeons like to perform lip lift procedures at a separate time. Best wishes to you.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. If you're not completely certain what's bothering you about your appearance, based on your photos, I doubt that rhinoplasty surgery would be a reasonable way to move forward. First of all, you are already very attractive, but if your nose bothers you a lot, a closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish straightening the bridge line from the front profile along with reduction of the bulbus nasal tip. Your side profile looks excellent, so no changes are required from that view. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features in the education process.

You really need to be examined in the office to be able to come up with a precise plan. However based on the photos, a preliminary plan would include a Rhinoplasty and possible lip lift.
