Hello, I had a secondary rhinoplasty 10 months ago to correct a remaining cartilaginous bump. Although my nose is flatter now, I still have a “fullness” in the supratip area (it's soft and resolves when I squeeze it) and the skin doesn't seem to have fully wrapped around the structure. I've also noticed that my nose tends to hang down towards the floor when I lie on my side. Do you think it will improve over time or can it stay permanently?
