I underwent a lower body lift with Mr Tillo 18 months ago, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. As this is a major procedure, I took my time to research thoroughly and attended several consultations before making a decision. Choosing Mr Tillo was the best decision I could have made. He is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, and the outcome of my procedure has genuinely exceeded my expectations. The overall result is fantastic, and my scar is very neat and has healed beautifully. Throughout the entire process, I felt extremely well cared for. My previous experiences with surgeons have not always been positive, but Mr Tillo was consistently kind, informative, and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident and reassured every step of the way. For anyone considering this type of surgery, I cannot recommend Mr Tillo highly enough.

I could not speak highly enough of my experience with Creo clinic. I had an abdominoplasty following the birth of my children. The results of the surgery are amazing, my stomach is flat with no excess skin. The scar is really neat and can be hidden by underwear. Dr Tillo and the other members of staff were friendly and professional. I have experienced great after care. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with my results! I recently had a liposuction fat transfer to my breasts with Dr. Tillo and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Mr Tillo performed an extended fleur-de-lis tummy tuck with liposuction on me in may 2024. He is a magician. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I had a lot of loose skin following weight-loss and I really didn’t expect the result to be as good as it is. As well as being very skilled, he is also very understanding, patient and all around a wonderful human. From the start, explained my options very well and treated me with respect and zero judgement. At no point did I feel pressured into the surgery, in fact he made sure I was doing it for the right reasons. He and his team were on hand before surgery to answer any questions (I was quite anxious so I had lots!). On surgery day he was re assuring and caring. He even came in to check on me on his day off (I stayed in the hospital an extra night as I travelled from the other side of the UK because I wanted Mr Tillo to do the surgery rather that having it done locally in the North). The follow ups were amazing too. As for the outcome. I cried (happy tears) when he unveiled his work. I couldn’t believe this was my stomach! Later, a health professional up in the north looked at my stitching and said “it looks like a French tailor has done your stitching, it’s so perfect”. I had 0 complications, 0 infections, 0 dog ears. I healed beautifully and Creo clinic provided high quality compression garments to help with my recovery. A year on, I still have a flat stomach! For the first time in my life I got to wear a bikini on holiday. Thank you Mr Tillo. <3
