Hello! I am 5’2, 115lbs with a flat chest and athletic. I’m really confused by the different PS reco for me: 1) round shape, smooth 2) shaped anatomical, textured. One says anatomical will rotate - which scares me as I do upside down like handstand, wheel yoga moves and dance everyday. One says my little breast tissue may be hard for it to drop while anatomical if done properly will give the natural shape I desire. Seeking for advice? Pics here!

Answer: Round vs anatomical implants Hello, I use almost exclusively smooth round implants these days. I have exchanged a number of the teardrop implants for round implants so this has an immediate way for me to see the different shape the two implants provide. In my experience the difference is usually subtle. For my patients with little breast tissue I recommend conservatively smaller implants to try to decrease the risk of rippling, palpability and other problems. You will get the best advice during an in-person consultation including a proper breast exam, but I hope my perspective helps.
