I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Collins along with his assistant Leslie. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional skills and compassionate approach. From the moment I met them , I felt reassured and heard. They not only addressed all my concerns with patience and expertise but also went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

What truly sets Dr. Collins apart is his commitment to exceptional aftercare. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients extend far beyond the operating room. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of follow-up care I received, including multiple check-in calls to ensure my recovery was progressing smoothly.

I thought about this for years the only thing holding me back was a fear of surgery I've never had one before. But as of right now I'm very glad I did! I just can't wait to see the full results after the healing process is over!
The first few days of recovery were hard. Getting out of bed for my post opp appointment was hard st one point I almost passed out, got dizzy and lightheaded and almost fell over. I ate something real quickly and felt better. Make sure u have some sugar in you after not eating for over 12 hours and all the pain meds! After that everything was ok. Day by day the pain lessened. It will be a week tomorrow any 1st day back at work! Today was definitely my best day leased pain I've been in and no pain meds! The most pain was the liposuction done on the left side of i didn't have that I believe the pain wouldn't have been so bad.

Everything is healing great and I’m so Happy for my results. I know the full results take a while but I can’t wait!! And the fact that they are not hanging down anymore I feel lighter and my back isn’t bothering me as much.I put on a bathing suit just to see and omg it’s so much better! I go for my follow up next week.

Dr. Collins and his staff are amazing. I had a neck lift and a skin resurfacing procedure. I got top notch care, all the way through. I was reassured before, during, immediately after the Surgery and procedure, all through recovery, and beyond. I love everyone there, and they always make me feel So welcome and truly cared for. I am very pleased with the results - I look like a fresher, younger, me.

For me so far it’s been worth it!!! My stomach is still swollen so it’s hard to see a drastic difference there but I can tell a big difference in my flanks from the back and a drastic difference in my chin already!!

I could not have asked for a better experience and surgical staff than Dr. Stewart Collins in Raleigh NC. Not only did he make a well informed assessment prior to my decision but afterwards treated me like I was his top priority at all times. His staff is excellent and knew me by name. They never made me feel like the PITA that I can be out of fear. I wasn't just another body on the table and he was prepared to tell me exactly why my surgery was done a specific way. They made sure I had medication for the very rough times in the beginning and explained to me that it was to be expected. They took every concern I had with the utmost seriousness even if it was a false alarm. I'm actually ready to go back and get a few more things done that are little less invasive because they were so helpful through this.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Collin’s Plastic Surgery. From my consultation with Dr. Collins to scheduling my surgery date to the surgery itself-it was effortless for something that can be quite intimidating & scary. His staff was amazing from start to finish. His nurses were some of the best. I felt really comfortable and at ease throughout everything. I have had a long battle with thyroid/autoimmune disease which has greatly affected the laxity in my breast skin/tissue as well as it has caused fluctuations in my weight. Nothing drastic but on a 5”2 frame, 5-8 lbs (in the wrong areas) shows. Over the years, my breasts and stomach would gain weight, my arms as well, leading to me not feeling comfortable in my own skin, especially certain clothes which really makes a difference when you teach fitness several times a week and have to wear tight garments. Dr. Collins is a doctor that did not look at me like I was silly for wanting these areas addressed, and also did not tell me I HAD to have an implant. I had enough breast tissue, I just wanted a breast lift. I loved that he valued my active lifestyle and really listened to what I wanted. And it was, I never want an implant. I think some doctors would have thought I was crazy or recommended a very small one, otherwise I would not like the end results. I have heard this a lot. When you see your body changing, especially as a woman in her 30’s struggling with hormonal issues- it was so nice to have someone that took my concerns seriously. And guess what, I have NOT had kids and NO-i did not want to wait to get my breasts lifted or have these stubborn areas of fat addressed. Plastic surgery is not just for celebrities or moms having had 3 children. If you have gained weight/lost weight, have struggled with hormonal issues, or just need some extra help even when you work out and eat healthy-I HIGHLY suggest you make a consultation with Dr. Collins. He is down to earth, a true artist & one of a kind. Thanks to his awesome team!

I came to Dr. Collins needing an extreme earlobe repair which seemed impossible to fix. However, Dr. Collins exceeded my expectations by not only correcting my earlobes, but making them so symmetrical and beautiful. Who would have thought earlobes could be so beautiful! The staff was so friendly and comforting, and their facility was absolutely stunning and extremely polished. I will definitely come back in the future!

Wonderful experience. Everyone on staff, from Lauren to Rachel to Dr Collins were understanding and patient and really cared about me. I sent lots of emails and questions, and they were always answered.

5 stars over and over!!!! I visited several plastic surgeons in the area for my breast augmentation surgery, and I know I chose the best one out there! The entire office is a joy to work with. Dr Collins and his team spent a lot of time with me in my consultation. They gave me their honest and candid opinion but supported me in my goals and ultimate decision. It's really important to feel comfortable with your surgeon, and Dr. Collins excels at this. You will love him the minute you meet him, and he is really good at what he does. I am so happy with my results. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and family.
