I had a MMO 6 months ago, and got a second intervention 3 days after to remove a hematoma that formed on the right size of my abdomen under my belly button. I got umbilical float tt. I did not have much skin and my wrinkles were pretty much around the belly button. I still have a pouch on my lower abdomen and sometimes looks like 2 pouches (lower and upper) What could it be? Dr says still inflammation. I used to look flatter before TT. I am adding before and after pics. Please help.

Answer: Tummy tuck Thank you for the question. It is very tough to determine the cause of this issue without an in-person assessment. You are still healing, and scarring and inflammation take up to a year to settle. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Houston. TX.

Answer: Mommy makeover results Dear Reliable557674, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
