It is unlikely that liposuction alone would address the excess skin in the breasts. You will likely need a gynaecomastia procedure to remove the excess skin and reposition the nipple to a higher position. Hi. Mini Tummy Tuck (MTT) is suitable for patients with minimal excess skin below the umbilicus. In most instances after pregnancy there is significant skin excess which will require a standard abdominoplasty to be removed. Please note in a MTT if the Umbilicus is floated it results in a very low position which is often not aesthetic.

Hi. It is hard to give the best advice without physical examination. In some instances there is visceral fat deep to the fascia that cannot be addressed with liposuction. In some instances the fascia is lax and stretched which would still benefit form fascia plication even if distance between the Rectus muscles is not too wide. Hope this helps.

If you have had weight fluctuations after that these may have stretched the skin. Hi. You should massage these areas along with your scar massage routine. They usually soften over time. Sometimes spitting sutures form scar tissue which may remain firm for an extended period of time. You should get your surgeon to check on this to ensure everything is ok with your healing.

Great question. Reverse tummy tucks (RTT) are usually not commonly talked about, however in certain patients i is the most appropriate procedure to achieve the best results. The incision for a reverse tummy tuck is in the breast folds which is the same incision that is used for breast lift procedures. So RTT is often done at the same time as a breast lift as they use similar incisions. Epigastric hernias can be repaired through a RTT as well depending on their size and location.
