I've had a colostomy and colostomy reversal done, the first surgery was done when I was obese but the reversal was done after I lost extra weight. Would it be possible to remove the stoma hole scar? Is it possible to use the vertical scar or minimise it, either options are ok. Secondly is liposuction of the male breasts enough or does some skin need to be cut out?

Answer: Loose skin Dear lukmenzo, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a tummy tuck and chest lift. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: #Abdominoplasty HiYour chest would need scars to tighten the skin but it could be done with a minimal scar approach. You would get a vast improvement to your abdomen with a tummy tuck and it would remove the stomal scar. RegardsDamien
