It is now several months after my b/a and my nipples are still very puffy. I did not have puffy nipples before the surgery at all and now they seem to look almost tubular kinda. Is it normal to see such an increase in nipple size after surgery?

Answer: Puffy Nipple Post Breast Augmentation It can take your new breasts 3-6 months to fully heal and "settle" down. Also, depending on the size of your implants, the skin in area around you nipple may have stretched. Still, since it's bothering you, why not make an appointment to speak with your operating surgeon? If only to put your fears to rest.

Answer: Nipple Size Hello and congratulations on your breast augmentation. It is not uncommon for the nipples and areola to change after breast enlargement. I suggest that you see your surgeon and have an examination. Depending on how long your are out from surgery some residual swelling could also play a role. Good luck...
