I believe I have tubular or tuberous breasts. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. You do appear to have characteristics of tubular breasts. Some patients do not correct herniated areolas during their procedure. I recommend that you book a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who specialises in tubular breast correction procedures and talk with them in person about expectations and a surgical plan for you.All the best

I recommend you perform a Tubular Breasts Correction with Breast Augmentation using silicon implants, at the same surgical time.There is a surgical technique for Tuberous Breasts correction, by which it is arranged the tuberous areolar ring from inside, without requiring areolar reduction. Hi... thank you for the question and photos... You do have tubular constricted breast... this can be treated with a breast augmentation and treatment of the wide areola at the same time.. 

Yes you have this tuberous or constricted breasts.  The best option is a periareolar lift to reduce the size of the areolas and move them superiorly.  You may or may not have a small implant placed as well for additional volume.

You need to be evaluated in person so the anatomy and available operations can be presented to you.  Then, you can consider what your goals and expectations are.  When the surgeon and you agree on a plan that takes into consideration your present state, what you are trying to achieve, what is possible, and what will make you happy, then you can proceed.

You do have tubular breasts, and thanks for posting your pictures.For the correction of this condition I suggest you to undergo a procedure of Breast Augmentation with Polyuretane Silicone Gel Implants to be place under your mammary gland.Since this incision for the placement on the implants will be a Periareolar one (only around your areolas) the puffyness and large of the areolas will be corrected with this incision.This kind of breast sahpe correction should be done by an experimente plastic surgeon, I would not recommend a university for treatment.Good Luck.
