How do I speed up or help areola nerves healing so that I can have feeling again?

Unfortunately, there are no treatments that will speed up return of sensation. Patience. In most cases normal or near normal sensation returns. If you have scars on the upper border of your areola there is a chance that sensation may not return depending on technique used in the anatomy of your nerves.

Numbness of the areola can happen after breast surgery. Most commonly it is due to swelling. This usually improves over the first 6-8 weeks after surgery. But in some individuals it can take up to a year. Still some( about 15%) lose sensation and it is permanent.

Permanent numbness can occur in sone patients. Otherwise, it takes 1-2 years for the nerves to regenerate. There is nothing that can be done to speed the process.

Hi, there.  Most patients who undergo breast augmentation retain nipple sensation.  If some patients lose sensation, it may come back slowly over couple years.  Rarely, sensation may never come back. Unfortunately, there is no method or treatment that can speed up the process.
