I had tuberous breast and 3 weeks ago had submuscular saline implants with lift but still have a lot of tightness and soreness. Will lower pole of breast take longer to fill out for patient with tuberous breasts.

It may involve a considerable releasing of some of the internal constriction of the breast. This can be the most difficult thing to treat and you can expect that area to take longer to reach its final shape than when the same operation is performed on those without the deformity.
