Can I get a snatched waist and big butt? I am a 27 years old female and have 3 kids. (photos)

Based off your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL which would consist of lipo 360 and a fat transfer to your hips/butt giving you more of an hourglass figure.In regards to the tummy tuck you would need to be seen in person. I would definitely recommend doing an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and who can suggest what is needed.

BBL and tummy tuck can be performed either way.  There may be strategic advantage in some patients with a little more subcutaneous tissue to delaying the tummy tuck.  This really needs to be determined by an exam by a board certified plastic surgeon.  Six months later you could have the TT to address skin laxity.To achieve the smallest waist possible and the best waist to hip ratio, I would recommend lipo of the back, abdomen, flanks, and love handles with fat transfer to the buttocks. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards

It is best to be seen in person, but based on your photos alone, you
appear to be good candidate for a tummy tuck and a BBL. A BBL will give
you more shape and curves and a tummy tuck will remove the excess skin
and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscle and
fascia of the abdominal wall creating an abdominal profile that is
smoother and firmer. I however do not recommend combining the procedures
as it makes recovery difficult, not being able to sleep on your back
(BBL) or your stomach (TT), so I usually recommend doing the liposuction
and BBL first and then addressing the loose skin with a tummy tuck at
least six months later. I would consult with a
plastic surgeon so they may best explain the procedures that will help
you achieve the aesthetic results you desire. Good luck!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

on these photos, you might benefit from a TT and BBL, which can be performed at the
same time.  During tummy tuck, extra skin in the lower half of your
abdomen including the stretch marks will be removed. In addition, typically the
fascial laxity/separation of recti muscles will be taken care of by muscle
plication, giving you a flat abdomen.  Brazilian Butt Lift
(BBL) typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and
flanks, and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Liposuction of the
flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding
volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is
intended at creating a natural curvy look.  Basically, BBL removes
the fat from unwanted areas and transfers it to areas that are
desirable.Incision can be placed very low to be hidden under bikini. With
proper surgical technique, belly button can be designed to  be a true
'innie'. Recovery from tummy tuck is 1-2 weeks. Strenuous activity and lifting
heavy weights should be avoided 6 weeks to 3 months post op. I would seek
consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and

Dear Mom,I agree with my fellow surgeons...you must be seen in person.  Your sides and lower back are a home run for liposuction and combining the BBL with it will be fantastic.  The front of your abdomen is a difficult answer.  Really need to examine you to see if you can have great results with liposuction alone, or if an abdominoplasty is required to address the loose muscles and skin issues.Go for several consultations and be ready for different opinions.Dr Taranow

Thanks for posting your pictures, you are a great candidate for "Tummy Tuck combined with Liposculpture and Fat Transfer to Buttocks (BBL)".After pregnancy abdominal rectus muscles stay separated, a condition named Diastasis, so abdomen muscles needs tightening, and removal of excessive skin and fat of the abdomen is needed to regain your waist and figure. the abdominal fullness represents accumulation of fat beneath the
skin, internal visceral fat or a separation of your anterior
abdominal muscles as the result of previous pregnancy or weight loss. Superficial fat is addressed with liposuction, abdominal wall
repair is accomplished with abdominoplasty, and visceral fat is addressed with
a regimen of diet and exercise. A physical examination is required to
differentiate among these entities. You appear to be an excellent candidate for BBL and (most likely) abdominoplasty to create gentle curves and to tighten the abdomen. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL and a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
