There should be no health problems if you get pregnant after a BBL or liposuction. However, the pregnancy will have an unpredictable effect on the results of your BBL/lipo. The buttocks may become bigger or smaller or there may be skin stretching or looseness, in other words the same changes with pregnancy if you did not have a BBL. So the pregnancy may "ruin" the results of your procedure, but there should be no additional risk to the pregnancy. Best wishes.
The effects of liposuction on the skin are variable based upon the elasticity of the skin. The fat that is redistributed with a BBL will permanently create a favorable redistribution even with pregnancy. The fat transferred to the butt will be affected by the total body fat percentage, and the buttock will likely get larger with pregnancy and decrease in size with weight loss. Postpone pregnancy until you have fully recovered from your BBL and lipo which may take six months to a year.
Thanks for your question. There is no issue or health problems if you get pregnant after having a BBL. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, you can still have kids after BBL and there will not be any health problems. Best,
Great question! You are absolutely safe to become pregnant and have children after a BBL and liposuction 360 surgery. There are no health issues or risks that will affect you or the baby after the procedure either. And there are no infertility issues either.Best of luck and hope this information helps!- Dr. Roger Tsai @DrRogerTsaiBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
Medically a BBL and 360 Liposuction should not affect the ability to get pregnant, however your results may be affected by the pregnancy. I recommend discussing any concerns you may have with your OBGYN or primary doctor.Kamran Azad MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Thank you so much for your question.A 360 liposculpture procedure consists in remove the fat from area like abdomen, back, waist etc. And then you can use that fat and transferred to your buttocks, if you look at the procedure it has nothing to do with how to get pregnant, there is nothing to worry about after a BBL surgery get pregnant. Best of luck,Dr. Quiroz!
Thanks for your question. Yes, you can have babies after a BBL or 360 lipo. No, it shouldn’t cause health problems if you got pregnant. I recommend following up with your regular doctor and OBGYN to ask any additional basic health questions or pregnancy related health questions, respectively. Good luck!
Dear CandyFlamess,BBL and liposuction won't have any effect on your pregnancies in the future. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD
