I am 5’5 and 240 lbs I went to a plastic surgeon who told me that I could get good results doing a lipo 360 but for the fat transfer to my butt it is a bit risky. I would like to have more info about what you think before I make my final decision. Thank you

While you should definitely lose weight for your health as well as physique, you may only have to lose 30 pounds (210 lbs weight) to have the procedure performed. Your belly will still be rounded due to the inside fat that is not touched during a liposuction. This internal fat (visceral fat) is only removed by weight loss.Dr T
