I waited 4 years until I bite the bullet and decided that 2021 will not end without me having a Tummy-tuck. The procedure was performed on 10/20 by Dr. Adolfo Sesto. I slept 1 night in the hospital and returned to my Airbnb on 10/21. The surgery was complication free and I did not remember anything after laying down on the table.Dr. Sesto took off 13lbs of skin from my stomach and I also had muscle repair lipo of the flanks and full back. Recovery was harder than I taught not being able to use your core stomach muscle to do the basic daily necessity simple as getting up out of bed during the 1st week. My drain was pushing 350 cc daily and was taking out on day 13 due to a big clot stuck inside and the fluid started leaking from the drain site.I did get drain 3 times whiles at the clinic and also drain myself at home. Dr. Sesto is a very safe Dr and make you feel at ease before and after surgery. Thank you Maria his coordinator that was ready to answer all my questions. Nurse Ysmer who performs awesome ultra therapy lymphatic drainage and Dr. Sesto himself for the new confidence I gained.Updated on 1 Dec 2021: 1st picture 6 day post up 2nd picture 6 weeks post up. I had seroma that was manually drain weekly up to 6 weeks however it’s normal due to the amount of skin removed from the stomach. Dr. Sesto is the best Surgeon! I have received numerous compliments....A day does not go by when I don't get a compliment or get asked what I did.  He performed a Tummy Tuck and a BBl. Nevertheless, he gave me natural looking curves. I don't look made up!!!! The tummy tuck scar is healing perfectly and I have the best belly button a person can have.  I'm on the road so I can't put pictures up but I will put them up soon. Thank you Dr. Sesto —and special thanks to his staff members, his assistant Maria, Genova, and the overnight nurse...thank you for such a great experience!!

Dr. Sesto is an incredible plastic surgeon. His main concern was my life and health. I had a Classical Tummy Tuck at 59 and mu results are amazing. He is also warm and kind, and explain im detail everything I worry about.

Hw is profesional, safe and affordable . Been super happy with the results. Have been a few years of my procedure and it is worth every penny. Going back for a touch up of another area. Few of my family members rave about Dr. Sesto as well.

Excellent. Dr Sesto answered all my questions and is very kind. He really cares about you and the final outcome. As a nurse, I have recommended him to other family members. I arrived to his office Monday morning and didn't have to wait long. I did lab work right down the street and the next day I was in surgery. The hospital was very nice and Dr Sesto had a private nurse stay with the night with me.

Excellent Doctor.. highly recommended.. I'm been in surgery twice with him, tow breast augmentation.. soooooo happy with the results.. my mother also had breast augmentation surgery with Dr sierto, we recommen him very much..
