Hi. Unfortunately, there is no way to correct this without surgery. You need to talk to your surgeon. Ask him/her if there was a reason he did what he did and ask him to explain what can be done to correct the issue. If it really was done in error, then likely he/she can correct it without significant financial obligation. But you must communicate your concerns with him/her to get the ball rolling. Best of luck!

To correct the size difference, you will need to change at least one implant or add fat to the smaller breast which both require surgery. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
