My doctor gave me two different sized implants, was it a mistake? Can this be corrected without surgery? (Photo)

I had a breast augmentation and my surgeon put a 540 cc implant in my already smaller sized breast and a 605 cc in my larger breast. Is this common practice?It’s been a year and a half post op and I notice The difference everyday. The doctor that did it is the top rated in my state and everyday I wonder if it was a mistake. Any suggestions on how to correct without surgery?

Hi.  Unfortunately, there is no way to correct this without surgery.  You need to talk to your surgeon.  Ask him/her if there was a reason he did what he did and ask him to explain what can be done to correct the issue.  If it really was done in error, then likely he/she can correct it without significant financial obligation.  But you must communicate your concerns with him/her to get the ball rolling. To correct the size difference, you will need to change at least one implant or add fat to the smaller breast which both require surgery. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
