Wondering if I'm a good candidate for a lift. I don't want to go bigger i like the size but i want volume. I wouldn't mind being smaller with volume also. I have 325 cc implants now. They are 13 years old or so.
Answer: Can I benefit from a breast lift operation. You can definitely benefit from a breast lift as your breast tissue has migrated down and is no longer over your implants. The purpose of breast lift is to create better symmetry of your breasts, improve the shape, and the nipple position as your one nipple is lower. You have the option of exchanging your implants as they are 13 years old and more likely to leak. In that case you will have the option of going smaller or stay the same as you said you don’t want to be bigger.

Answer: Breasts Yes, you could go down in size and do a lift. Going smaller would lessen the risk of future sagging over time.

Answer: Breast lift Dear danag87, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.
