Why am I in so much pain? Why do my breast ripple?

August 2018 I had breast augmentation. I healed well with some minor issues Had a baby breast fed 22 months 4 months later both of my breasts bottomed out completely. I was in so much pain. June 2022 they did revision surgery with mesh and stitches on both sides. I have been in so much pain ever since I feel rippling in my breast I feel something protruding on my left breast. The doctors were unhelpful I don’t know what to do. My biggest regret.
