I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You did not post photos, but I suspect your natural tissue was thinned and stretched with pregnancy and you are feeling the implants. You might consider going with smaller implants and even consider fat grafting if you have donor fat and some natural breast tissue. You also did not discuss your pain--when and where, and if changed with activities.
