First off I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Sean Lille and his staff. I am 52 years old and 3 weeks post a neck and lower facelift procedure. I am beside myself on the outcome and how great I look and feel in just 3 weeks. From the time I went into my consolation until the procedure Dr. Lille and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were checking in on me making sure I was all good and 100% stress free and ready for surgery. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lille’s and it's my 4th procedure since 2003, at this point it feels like family. I would never choose or trust any other plastic surgeon ever. I can not wait to see my 3 month post surgery pictures at my next appointment and the thought of looking even better is mind blowing. Thank you Beth, Susan and Dr Lille for always making me feel like I’m your #1 patient.

I rarely write reviews but felt it was important to do so at this time. I met with several plastic surgeons to have a mini facelift. I found that doctors very in their approach a lot. I am very glad I chose Dr. Lillie for he was very detailed in what to expect, detailed in what to do to prepare and do pre and post op and I was very pleased with the result. I found doctors varied on approach and some would not do mini lift (just neck and jaw line area so their prices were about double. Also some used facilities that did not keep you over night.
Dr. Lillie sent modest expectations and explained and put in writing a detailed explanation of pre and post op instructions. Saw week weekly for 3 weeks to see my progress, take out stitches and his office was always available for calls pre and post op with answers same day to any questions I had related to the surgery or recovery.
The facilities for the surgery (a surgery center and than post op recovery overnight were efficiently run with excellent nursing care.
I can honestly say I am very happy with my results and glad after talking with several doctors I chose Dr Lillie for my mini facelift and would recommend him to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery.

I had my procedure 10/30/2023. Dr Lille is really nice . He is very realistic about what you can achieve and not achieve. He told me pre op that he’d probably use 445cc on one of my breast and 485cc for the other . Day of surgery he was able to give me 485cc both my breast . I’m glad I went with him and I was feeling really lucky that he was able to do the 485cc in both my breasts. So far I’ve been handling the pain like a champ . I didn’t really have any questions cause I had no idea what to expect my first time breast augmentation I don’t remember falling asleep for the procedure . lol . His staff is wonderful and then the surgery staff was amazing too. I will post pictures of before and after soon

I had Liposuction of my abdomen, back and axillary areas. My results were really nice initially but I didn’t stick with working out and I’m right back to where I was pre-op. It’s my fault entirely. I am losing weight now and I can see that it will look good when I’m taking care of myself.

I am 6 weeks post op. I absolutely love my results ! I got 550cc mentor silicone implants. They took about 4/5 weeks to drop and soften. I've been told they still might change more but even if they don't they are soft and perfect! I can't officially measure yet but out of curiosity I did it myself and measure a 38 DDD according to Victoria secret. The first two weeks of recovery were rough but after that was pretty easy. I have been on RealSelf or about 5 yet dreaming, I decided that it's time And I'm not getting any younger at 47. I went to three consults and close Dr. Lillie because he h a proven track record along with three recommendations from friends. I m 5'4 and 154 pounds with a curvy build, breastfeed two children and lost 50 pounds two years ago. DR Lillie is very straightforward and confident but not pushy not to mention much more reasonable compared to many surgeons with his qualifications in Scottsdale. I paid $5700 or moderate plus silicone 400 under the muscle starting with a B cup and hoping for a D.

Pain is better now I jut get a burning pain in my nipples when I stand up for some reason.Stopped taking perc and went to tramadol along with muscle relaxers.

Still swollen and getting shooting pain in my nipples when I stand up I think they are muscle spasms. I had to take my surgery bra off for awhile. I’m off the narcotics now and taking just Tylenol with muscle relaxers.

Went great. Doc says they look great , no more bras only tank tops so they can settle.Pain is almost gone and I can drive now and raise my arms :)

They really starting to dip lightly Yey !! I know they I’ll be in Turks one they fully fluff :) I can’t what to go shopping. I’m starting realize my ok tops don’t fit and the gils pop out way o much for work attire.Huge bonus I just realized the wrinkles on my chest between my boobs are gone now !!!!

Hi guys! So I am 26 and have been wanting to get this procedure done for over 8 years. I was always skeptical!. Well I did it and I am IN LOVE! I am 3 months post op! I started as a 32A and am now a 32DD! They have finally began to drop and I have my side booby. Yay!

Here are my incision sites after 3 months, as well as a before photo! They are healing well. I use a moisturizing cream daily for my daily massages. I believe that it helps with my scars Improving as well. I was very scared to get stretch marks since I came from an A cup, and thankfully I haven’t had any. I’m just so happy with the results! Before I felt like a child and now I actually feel like a women!

I got my boobs done today by Dr Sean T Lille and all is well so far. The surgery center and all staff involved were EXCELLENT! I am only a few hours out but I am pleased so far. I can tell that there is a lot of swelling but I am in no pain and am not nauseous at the moment. Seriously, everyone was awesome, including the anesthesiologist. I have included before and after photos and I will update with more photos as time goes by.

I meant to add photos to previous post. These are up to day 5. Will update again soon with incision healing progress and update photos. Other than a sensitivity to a medication (unrelated to surgical meds) my recovery has gone very well. Sleeping on my back has been an adjustment but it is a small price to pay. One breast feels a little tighter than the other but Dr Lille and staff assure me that it is completely normal so early on and say I should not compare them at this stage in the healing process.

45 days in and they are looking and feeling great! The left is dropping faster than the right but it is not by much. I was told to discontinue my strap and bra after day 2 due to an unrelated allergic reaction. I also had a followup check at 5 weeks and was told that massage is unnecessary. I had about 2 weeks where my nipples were VERY sore, but that has since resolved. The skin around my incisions is still numb and I did have mondors cord on the right side but I have not noticed it for the past week.

I am updating with before photos and a photo from day 38. More photos to come at the 2 month mark. I am very pleased with the way they are looking and feeling. I no longer have discomfort of any kind.

I am adding some photos taken today (day 63) and one taken shortly after surgery (day 11) for comparison. My left breast continues to drop faster than the right and is a bit softer. I have noticed that the right one is trying to catch up though so I am not overly concerned. Prior to surgery they were a full A to small B cup. As of right now they are between a D and DD in size. The nips tend to peek out in a D and the DD is a bit loose. I do understand that they are still changing. I will add more photos and an update at the 3 month mark.

I have added 1 photo taken today. I am now 3 months out from surgery. During the past few weeks I feel as though my right breast has pretty much softened up and dropped to match the left. I have not been bra shopping yet but will post an update and photos once I know the new size for sure.

From the initial consult to the aftercare, Dr Lille and his entire staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They will ease your fears and concerns about surgery. I had a breast augmentation and I am extremely happy with my results. I’m 5’11, 160lbs and opted for 450cc silicone under the muscle. I can’t wait to see the final result in a few months.

Here is a pic of my girls settled. This pic is from 3 months post op. I’m still happy I got them done, but do wish I went larger. I went from a 34c to a 34DD. I was so worried they would end up too large, but they didn’t. I am tall, 5’11.

Had my surgery yesterday, February 27th and I’m already so happy. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be! I am 20 y/o with one child, I’m 5’5, I weigh 155 pounds and wore a 36 B cup.
