Dr. Anna Steve is truly the crowed jewel of breast augmentation! I am someone who has always been super confident, thin, and generally really happy with my body. However, after breastfeeding and pregnancy, my breasts completely deflated and I didn't recognize myself or the way my clothes fit. After researching a ton of plastic surgeons (mostly in California), I came across Dr. Anna on social media and I was completely hooked. Her gentle, kind nature coupled with her educational videos that addressed my exact problem with a minimally invasive approach seemed so perfect for me. I studied these videos and poured over her before and after photos, and just had a gut feeling that she truly understood the nuances of what an elegant, natural breast augmentation looked like. I saw so many surgeons in California with before and after pictures that looked so tacky to me, which was the opposite of what I wanted. Dr. Anna was a breath of fresh air and exactly what I was looking for. So I flew from California to Manhattan, stayed at the Ritz Central Park, and was so well taken care of by Dr. Anna and her team. From helping with the hotel stay, to answering countless questions, to visiting me at the hotel after the procedure, I knew I was in the best hands. The anesthesiologist even called me the night before the procedure to answer any last minute questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I was in the city for a total of 72 hours and I was able to travel back home to two small kiddos and return to work. My surgery was on Wednesday and I was back in time to start a new remote job on Monday. I opted for the Preservé method, which meant the procedure was less invasive and recovery was so much faster than a traditional breast augmentation. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Anna enough. She NAILED the natural look. My results are so elegant, the cleavage is literally perfect, the size matches my small frame, and they are completely undetectable. Before meeting Dr. Anna, I was scared to get a breast augmentation because I worried that someone would give me far apart cleavage, which would be a dead giveaway that I had my boobs done, and she completely eliminated that fear (I got a fat transfer to help achieve custom, natural-looking cleavage). Who else can say they have custom cleavage? Amazing. I have to be honest: None of the after photos I've seen in my decades of secret research about breast implants have looked actually natural to me, not even the ones that claim to. For my personal taste, I'd rather be flat than look obviously augmented. So despite wanting boobs since puberty, I assumed I could never have them. Then I found Dr. Anna. She is the ONE surgeon I've seen who achieves a genuinely natural look on a thin frame. And if you want the ballet boob aesthetic, please truly just listen to me and go to her. I used to be a ballerina; ballet boobs are all I've ever wanted; I know them well; and now I have them. There is a lot of trusting the process that has to happen in a process like this one, but because of her mastery (and her lovely warmth), Dr. Anna deserves it. She'll also, if you let her, gently lead you where you might not realize you should go: We had initially planned a 165cc Motiva mini, but based on further conversations and pictures of my specific goal, which I affectionately called "disco tits," she advised a different direction instead—195cc Motiva demis, allowing for fullness on a narrower base vs. the flatter "pancake" look that the minis sometimes have. I am so glad I let her call the shots. They are PERFECT. Not only the perfect breasts in general, in my proud opinion, but also perfectly precisely what I was going for: elegant little teardrop slopes that look like I was born with them. I forget sometimes that I wasn't. A few specifics worth mentioning: —we did the Preservé technique and I cannot sing its praises loudly enough. I was in and out of surgery in under an hour, never had to go under general anaesthesia (but didn't care about what they were doing while awake because those drugs are GOOD), only have small (~1") scars that are disappearing by the day, and was back to normal activities that night. I felt so fine, in fact, that I had to keep reminding myself to take it easy...don't tell Dr. Anna, but a few days later I even chopped a little firewood —the Motiva implants themselves were also a helpful factor in tipping the scale for me...they look and feel SO much more natural than anything I've seen before —her practice runs like a boutique luxury atelier and will make you feel like the passenger princess you deserve to be —these kinds of stats were very important for me when I was doing my research, so I'm including them here for you: I'm 5'6, 118 pounds, have a thin athletic frame, and had AAs (formerly As before breastfeeding my baby!). We went with 195cc Motiva demi profile implants, taking me from 32AA to 32C, which is the PERFECT size for my body and I never would have known that —no boob envy here. If you tell her you're concerned about it and how you want to feel afterwards, she will calibrate the size during surgery and put you right in the sweet spot I'm 3 months out and feel nothing but gratitude and excitement for this decision, this journey, and for being able to do it with her. I got what I wanted—and ironically, it's so undetectable that I can't stop telling people about it.

I’ve wanted a breast augmentation for many many years and after nursing my 4 babies for nearly 9 years, I finally decided it was time. After much research, I found Dr. Anna; I loved her eye and precision for natural results. After my procedure, I had very minimal pain the first day, I could immediately lift my arms above my head and after only a few days, I didn’t feel like I had anything done at all. From first consult to post op care, this practice has been top notch every step of the way. After nursing my 4 babies for 9 years in total, I did not have much breast tissue left. We decided on motiva round implant 245 cc demi profile with fat transfer/ above muscle. I wanted some upper pole fullness but still wanted to stay small chested to look natural on my body. (I am 5.7, 116 Ibs) The surgery + recovery was a breeze. I was out eating lunch 4 hours after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Anna and her amazing team. Insanely talented. I am now 5 weeks post op. The results speak for themselves. I am so grateful.

From the first contact with Dr. Anna's staff through the follow up I have been so impressed. I knew I wanted a small volume implant, something to just better fill out my tops and not be too obvious. We started with a virtual consult (I am in the Midwest) and a sit down the day before surgery. The Ergonomix implant was of interest because of the natural look and feel. I had seen some information on the Preserve' method, using tiny incisions with less recovery time, and retaining your natural tissue so smaller implants can be used. I chose to do it under local anesthesia, awake the whole time. I felt a little bit of pulling and pressure, but not pain. We had a fun chat while she did her work. I sat up right after and walked back to my hotel. Because I was not overly medicated, and felt so good, I did a few hours of work at my hotel as soon as I returned, and went out to dinner that night. Dr. Anna stopped by my hotel the next morning to check on me. I flew home two days later, having never taken more than Tylenol and Advil. Dr. Anna and her staff are the perfect combination of exceptionally competent, confident, and kind. I felt I was in expert hands the entire time. My results have been better than I imagined. I went from a 32A to a 32C with just 170cc implants; they feel and move so naturally. If you do not want the side effects of general anesthesia, and want a small volume improvement with little downtime, Dr. Anna and the Preserve' technique are the way to go.
