I am 42 yrs old, AA, no kids, 5'6, and 150 lbs. I am very flat chested with severe tuberous breasts (grade IV). I am in the process of scheduling an appointment with a plastic surgeon. However, I would like to know whether it will be possible to correct my deformity without implants and get modest size increase? I have very dense breasts (several mammograms, ultrasounds and bioposies (all benign)). Since impants make mammograms more difficult (per l radiologist), I would like to avoid them.
