There are 2 alternatives I recommend. One is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The other is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

Thank you for your question and photos. Your breast shape, the tubular features, the widened areolae and the ptosis (drooping) can all be corrected with a mastopexy (breast lift) in the hands of a skilled and experienced board certified plastic surgeon. But your breast size can only increase with a breast implant or possible fat grafting.

In my experience, a pretty and symmetrical breast shape is far more important to most women than size. You seem to have adequate volume to allow for a pretty result without implants. No promises about bra cup size after all is said and done. After a breast lift you may end up wearing a slightly smaller bra but your breasts will be pretty and well positioned.
