Do I have tuberous breasts or large nipples? (Photo)

Question

I am looking to get my herniated/puffy areolas fixed. I am happy with the size and shape of my breasts, just the areolas that are causing my insecurities. I find that the nipple itself is bigger then the average as well but the main concern is the areola. I’m not sure if I should consult a tuberous breast or a nipple reduction specialist. I do not want any sort of augmentation.

I dont think you have tuberous breasts. The nipples could be addressed with a nipple reduction however this can impact on breast feeding so is best done after you have had kids if this is planned. The areolar puffiness is a more difficult proposition but it can be reduced with percutaneous diathermy.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. You do not have tuberous breasts but instead have slightly larger than average nipples.  A reduction can be safely performed to reduce projection and width, should you desire.  Hope this helps.

You do not have tuberous breasts.

You have very normal attractive breasts and your nipple arealas are perfectly normal

Remeber your breasts and nipples are designed to nurse a child and yours are exactly correct for that important function
