Will this dent or bump in my thigh after liposuction go away? (Photo)

I posted a very similar question to this but I have just been for a lymphatic drainage massage and I asked the woman who was doing it about this area on my thigh. She said it is the muscle on the left leg is more defined and that’s why I can see it as the swelling above that knee has went down. I don’t want to be able to see this line 24/7... is there anything I can do to resolve this? The area does feel sensitive I’m wondering if it is also swelling as I had a lot of bruising in this area.
