I can’t fully express how thankful I am to Dr. Neinstein and his incredible team. After losing 115 pounds, I was so proud of my progress, but nobody had warned me about the excess skin. I knew I needed help to complete my transformation, so I decided to fly to New York for a series of surgeries: an arm lift, thigh lift, a tummy tuck, a breast lift with implant, and finally finishing the circumferential tuck. 4 operations over 2.5 years, all at the same private practice. And I’m so glad I did. From the very first consultation, Dr. Neinstein made me feel like I was in the right hands. We had everything in common, from values to aesthetic goals. He didn’t just treat me like another patient—he listened to my story and took the time to understand me. His focus on body contouring for natural results was exactly what I needed. I felt heard, understood, and most importantly, cared for. The results are nothing short of life-changing. For the first time in my entire life, I finally feel tight. I’ve been fantasizing about this day forever. I look in the mirror and see a version of myself I’ve been dreaming about for years. What really stood out to me was the level of care and support I received throughout the entire process. Dr. Neinstein’s team was with me every step of the way, checking in, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my recovery. Physically showing up postop… It wasn’t just about the surgeries—it was about supporting me as a person. I never felt alone. Dr. Neinstein’s facility is state-of-the-art, and I always felt safe and confident in his care. His passion for what he does is so clear, and it made all the difference in how I felt throughout the entire experience. There’s something about these people. They inspire. They live and breathe what they do and why they do it, every single one of them from Nurse Ashley to Mitch to Dr Steve, all of them. Mommy makeovers are not just for moms! I’m 24!!!. I highly recommend Dr. Neinstein and anyone on his team. He didn’t just give me a new body—he helped me regain my confidence and feel whole again. I’ll be forever grateful for the life-changing work he did for me.
Having spent years struggling to find clothes that concealed my stomach issues, due to diastasis, and all that extra skin from pregnancy, along with trying every crazy diet, exercise, and coolsculpt, I finally decided I had had enough! Finally, 28 years after my last pregnancy I was referred to Dr Neinstein. During my consultation, Dr Neinstein explained that the best option was a full Tummy Tuck with Liposuction. Once I got the breakdown of how much the surgery would cost, I immediately began to figure ways that I could reduce the cost, one being to skip the muscle repair, explaining, I’m not looking to get back into bikini at my age. I simply didn’t want to have to hold my stomach in and spend hours finding clothes and feeling slightly depressed when I looked in the mirror. However, Dr Neinstein was clear, that this wasn’t an option, and unless I did the muscle repair, I would not get the desired results. I have to admit, that even though we could afford the surgery, it seemed very indulgent, and I felt that maybe I had let vanity get the better of me. I began to research other benefits to having my diastasis repaired. Once I realized that it could reduce my back pain, allow me to have more control over my pelvic floor, etc. I decided I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. I’m lucky, I have a very supportive husband. He absolutely did not believe I need the surgery, but was fine if I wanted to go ahead. As he said, he loved me just the way I was. The only issue is, I didn’t! Fast forward 5 weeks - every time I walk into the room, my husband cannot believe how good I look, and declares, ‘ It was worth every penny, and why didn’t we do this 20 plus years ago!’ I agree it was worth every penny, but I’m glad I didn’t do it 20 years ago…Dr Neinstein wasn’t practicing then!! Dr Neinstein is fabulously talented surgeon that passionately cares about his patients. This past Sunday morning, 5 weeks out, I pick up the phone, and it’s Dr Neinstein still checking in to see how things are going! As for his team, they are awesome. You simply cannot go wrong with Dr Neinstein and his team! I couldn’t be happier!
I’m almost 2 weeks post op and have only positive experiences to say about this whole practice! From start to finish this team goes above and beyond to help this journey be as successful as possible! This is not just procedure, i had a major surgery and they give each individual the utmost care and attention to every detail you can imagine. They work together like a family and you become part of their family while in their care. I really could go on and on about all the little things however just to touch upon some of the bigger components like communication responsiveness and thoroughly walking you through every aspect while knowing this is all new and foreign to you. Dr Neinstein and Dr Anna are both incredibly talented and their results speak for themselves, but I am beyond amazed with my own results thus far. I can only imagine how much better they will get. They both respond immediately to any questions or concerns. What doctor checks on you for almost 2 weeks straight? From energetic in person morning check ins to additional daily text messages!! Not just Dr Neinstein his nurses too would check in with me! Seriously they do and it’s been a huge relief knowing they are there and truly care!! Dr Neinsteins bedside manner is unparalleled and so impactful. Having consulted with other doctors I just knew he was the doctor for me from the moment my husband and I met with him. Genuinely I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for this amazingly talented Team!
It has been five weeks since my surgery with Dr Neinstein and I can’t begin to properly put into words how positive the whole experience has been. Others have said this, but it bears repeating, I strangely miss the early weeks of recovery as I have never felt so cared for and looked after by my doctor (and his incredible team). Moms are often the ones filling some version of this role, thus it has felt amazing to not only fix a huge issue in my body, but more than anything, to be so genuinely cared about from start to finish…and I’m not sure there really is a “finish,” as I think Dr Neinstein and his beautiful work is forever a part of your life. My third pregnancy left me with terrible diastasis….the familiar story of no core, a stomach that looked pregnant, endless frustration with clothes and a LOT of difficult emotions. Dr Neinstein came across my radar thanks to Instagram as well as a friend who had a procedure with him last summer. I knew right away I didn’t need to look further as all of the “end” results I saw spoke for themselves, and I felt like I knew so much more about Dr Neinstein than any other doctor thanks to his generously sharing his process, his wonderful personality and his community of happy patients via frequent posts. (Feeling like I “should” do my due diligence, I called one other doctor’s office but didn’t get past reception as the energy and lack of details to questions I asked were just not there). All of which is to say, if your gut is telling you to go with Dr Neinstein or one of his colleagues, listen to it and save your time, because he will change your life. He sure has changed mine. My biggest concern beforehand was the surgery itself…all of the scary thoughts that get in your head in the days leading up to it. Dr Neinstein’s calmness, humor but utmost professionalism put me so at ease. He told me beforehand that if you can get on an airplane, you can have surgery. I’m actually terrified of flying (I didn’t tell him that at the time) but the day of surgery brought none of those getting-on-an-airplane scary feelings. Music was on, office was buzzing with warm energy, smiles and hugs were all around, time was not rushed, and the best part was Dr Neinstein actually carrying me into the operating room after sensing some nervousness from me. It was hilarious but also indicative of how down-to-earth and emotionally in-touch Dr Neinstein is with his patients. Jumping ahead, I couldn’t be happier with my results. The recovery process is certainly long but if I can do it you can too. Life is on hold for a few weeks but it was not as “disruptive” as I thought. My family assumed I would be bedridden for weeks-that could not have been further from reality. I was up doing fairly normal things within about a week to ten days. Thankfully the trickiest part of recovery not being able to lift my 17 month old for a few weeks. Surgery with Dr Neinstein is worth every minute of soreness, every minute of after-care and to be blunt, every single penny. I am not even close to the “final product” as healing takes time, but I’m practically in tears writing this as it has already changed my life in so many ways. It’s knowing that I’ll have a connection in my core again and can finally wear clothes with a waist…But it’s also the deep emotional boost that I have missed for many years. I always felt like I couldn’t let myself be completely happy because of my body. Not sure the logic there but a lot of you can surely relate. Life is already immensely better and I am undoubtedly a better version of myself thanks to Dr Neinstein. I should also mention that the nurses and coordinators at Dr Neinstein’s office are truly superheroes. They know the procedures inside and out, answered my questions so promptly and they never felt “intimidating” to someone like me who is new to all this. There is zero judgment in this wonderful office. When my most “self conscious” areas were literally out in the open, I felt so comfortable and reassured that these parts of my body were beyond my control. I could go on and on, but I hope if you’re reading this that you too will connect with one of the most special people I’ve ever met. It is an honor to be one of Dr Neinstein’s patients, and while the scar will fade, it is a very happy reminder of this journey on which he has so beautifully led me and so many other women. Ps, the new office is gorgeous too. I saw Nurse Tara there for a follow up appointment in, and a little Botox-very convenient. Like the other office, it’s a warm and soothing oasis in NYC, truly a treat to visit.
I am beyond pleased with the post-op results! In fact, my body is shaping better than I imagined and I feel blessed for that. I’m endlessly grateful to Doctor Neinstein and his staff for checking in every step of the way - from consultation to healing. Anytime I needed assistance, they were available and championed me through recovery. Thank you for putting extra care, precision and dedication into your craft to ensure expectations are not only met but exceeded!
Unbelievable results and incredible experience with everyone at Neinstein Plastic Surgery. Dr. Neinstein listened with great compassion and I couldn’t be happier with the results after I developed Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia from Coolsculpting. I have my body back to normal and it’s no longer disfigured. I’m so happy with the whole experience. I wouldn’t go to any other surgeon!
Being a revision patient, I was extremely hesitant coming into this experience. From the moment you make your first call through almost 6 week post op, this experience has been nothing but top-notch. I am extremely lucky that I was able to be a patient of Dr. Ryan Neinstein. Not only are my results amazing and getting better each day, but the care, patience and skill are unprecedented. The team at NPS are truly the definition of a team, working tirelessly to make sure every patient is taken care of both mentally and physically every step of the way. Do not hesitate- Dr. Neinstein will change your life!
I’m going to start with a little bit about myself to help paint a picture. I am a skinny fit…not skinny fat, mother of two beautiful babies. I have been in the fitness/wellness industry for 20 years. I love my body and what it’s done. I nursed both kids each 18 months. Had two c sections . I am a Pilates instructor. I bounced back after my first (surprise c section) baby in about 4 weeks. How lucky right? I was probably even stronger than ever. I knew after my second something was not right. However, everyone friends, family (doctors included) said to give it time and just accept this is what happens after babies. I had a severe separation in my abs that honestly, caused me a lot of anxiety. I had to go to therapy bc I was just so uncomfortable in my body and unhappy mentally with it. I did physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, emsculpt, on top of countless videos and my own knowledge… nothing was helping. And it was taking its toll on myself and my family. I never in a million years would have imagined I would be getting a tummy tuck. Never. I used to think people that did that were “lazy.” I spent two years interviewing doctors. General surgeons and plastic surgeons. I was denied by some… not comfortable performing on someone my size…and my general surgeon was honest enough to say she could fix me but it wouldn’t be “pretty” like a PS would do. So I had a real discussion with my husband. Why would I go through such a big surgery… and then it not look good? I had found Doctor Neinstein two years ago. Never in my wildest dreams did I think he would be my surgeon. He was in nyc (I am in Texas), he seemed so popular (he is!) so never thought I’d even get on his books ever … but no. I got on his books and had a consult with him. They make it happen. It not only sold myself which I already had a feeling he was my guy… but my husband… who is the most anti plastic surgery person alive. We are not fancy people. I was a little worried since I was not fancy or a model or getting a full mommy makeover … that he would kinda brush me under the rug. But NO. He not only texted me days before to get me amped up and excited, he came into my hotel room to physically check my healing, and called or texted every day there after for like 2 weeks. He and his team were by my side during the biggest, most mentally struggling surgery for me ever. I finally let go of the guilt of doing something for myself. I wanted to be able to wear dresses out with my little girl… not cover myself with sweatshirts. I wanted to be able to do a crunch without seeing a gaping hole in my abs. I am two weeks out of what has so far been the best medical experience I’ve ever had. They don’t just appear to care on Instagram… they actually do care. Doctor neinstein is next level passionate about his job. That’s what you want. He’s not just for show. He’s the real deal. And honestly, I get tired of women having to “accept” this is what it is bc you had babies. My abs we’re shredded. If someone tore an acl, you’d get it fixed. If a man’s penis got shredded up after kids, you’d get it fixed. There should be ZERO shame in fixing something that’s broken. For whatever reason.
After pregnancies and 80 lbs of GLP-1 boosted weight loss, I was left with a lot of extra skin. My dermatologist in Miami told me there was only 1 Doctor she would put her name on: Dr. Neinstein. So I asked Dr N to fix me. He said “I got you”. And he did. He did a full body lift: thighs, butt lift with fat transfer, 365 mommy makeover. I asked about boobs. He said “No, why, yours look great. Trust me, they will match perfectly with your new body”. He does not oversell. Like he says: “Trust the process”.and in the end, my boobs do match my new body. So just like that, in 5 hours and 45 min, the Genie transformed me into a 20-year old model. My recovery was easy. Pain meds got me through week 1 without issues. And after that, I was good. Scars were already fading away after 3 weeks. I know it won’t be long before they are gone entirely. Dr N took care of me as if his best friend from College. He’s been here for me every step of the way. Constantly checking on me, walking me through the process. I read the reviews and I see that he does that with everyone. How can one be so caring. He is emphatic, kind, highly intelligent, fast, fun and has hands of gold. Now I am 2.5 months post op. Not a day goes by without me getting compliments on my body. A guy even wrote me a poem about how incredible my butt looks lol. Everything fits, everything looks great! From every angle. My abdomen is rock hard. I know a lot of ladies who did these types of surgeries. We compare. My body is clearly without comparison with any work I’ve seen on others. This is the best investment I’ve ever made. Dr’ Neinstein is the one.
Dr. Neinstein is my favorite doctor in the world. Sounds like maybe too much but that is truly how I feel!!! I've followed him for two years on Instagram until I finally made the decision to do my surgery with him. While Dr. Neinstein is my actual doctor, the whole practice is amazing. From even before my first appointment, the team was in touch with me sharing information. At my consult, Dr. Neinstein was so sweet and attentive, understood exactly what I wanted, and even when I tried to push more surgery on myself, he said, "no, you don't need that!". From consult time to surgery time, I received so much information from his team. They answered my questions and helped me SO quickly. On the day of surgery, I was not nervous AT ALL because Dr. Neinstein and the whole team made me so comfortable and reassured. Everyone is so happy and excited for you that the energy just passes right on to you! I'm now a week after surgery and I feel great! I mean, a little sore, as expected, but great- best decision I ever made and if you're going to do ANYTHING on your body, go to Neinstein Plastic Surgery- literally the premier team! These are my guys forever! Update! One month post-op... Officially obsessed with Dr. Neinstein. I cannot believe my results and neither can my husband. I got lipo on my waist, hips, butt, whole back, outer and inner thighs. I had a tummy tuck a few years ago with another doctor that did a great job on the tummy tuck. However, even right after that, I constantly felt that the lipo (which was also so important to me) was not anywhere near what I wanted. I had even asked my previous doctor about it, and he said my skin was too thin in certain areas. But then I found Dr. Neinstein on Instagram and I saw his skills even in what looked like the MOST difficult cases. Now that I am a month out, I can safely say that all the hype is absolutely TRUE. He and his team are like magicians. The transformation to my body is ridiculous. It's better than my pre-baby body! I have an AMAZING hourglass figure and I never thought my thighs and butt can even look like this! When I put on my shirts, there is NO MORE back bulge- YAY! Anyway, it's only a month and it will keep getting even better! If you are thinking of doing anything to your body, go with the best, it's worth it- don't look anywhere else but Neinstein Plastic Surgery!!! If I can give an unlimited number of stars I would!
Thanks for the question, and congrats on the baby. I just had one myself. My suggestion for you is a skin only tummy tuck. It has the benefits of removing the pouch but not all the downtime and risks of a full tummy tuck
The average plastic surgeon does a few cases a year of liposuction so please see someone that does 10 plus a week. By evaluating the quality of your skin (looking at stretch marks, cellulite) and a through medical history the surgeon should be able to accurately predict your outcome and put you in the right direction for either surgery or lifestyle management or both!
Thanks for this question, its best to have liposuction when you are close to your ideal body weight. If you lose a lot of weight after you can destabilzie the collagen in the skin. I prefer to use plama or ionized helium in these scenarios to help tighten peoples skin. Its like putting your skin in the dryer vs taking it to the tailor (skin removal)
Thanks for the question, I would use both vaser and plasma to contribute to skin tightening during your liposuction. Since you dont have stretchy skin from weight loss, maturity, sun damage, or multiple pregnancies from what I can see I dont think you need skin removal. Just make sure you see an expert with all of the necessary devices!
Thanks for the question, your surgeons were right to pump the breaks. I would suggest minimal fat removal and max skin tightening to get you as close to flat and tight as possible. Dont let someone take a lot of fat out it will loosen skin and make it worse
