1 month post lipo and I see no difference. The looser part of my stomach also is very hard and sensitive to touch. Why is that?

The tight feeling is a natural part of the healing process. Swelling and healing as well as scar maturation can persist for 6 months and sometimes up to 1 year following liposuction. The patient must have adequate skin elasticity to allow for skin retraction after surgery. This factor is the most important element to good results aside from technical proficiency of the surgeon and the patient’s ability to follow the postoperative regimen of wearing the compression garment appropriately.

You're still in the early stage of healing. Healing after liposuction is usually pretty straight forward.  There is a process of swelling and bruising that peaks at 3 days after surgery and then undergoes the first stage of major resolution in the first 2 weeks after surgery.  The lateer phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens.  It is after this time that we are getting close to the final result, though this varies patient to patient. 

You still have 2-4 months of continued improvement in regards to swelling and shape. Comparing your before and afters from the front, I see an improvement already. This should continue to improve. It is hard to judge the back with clothing. 

Dear minabuford,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a tummy tuck surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. minabufordI appreciate your concern, however it is still quite early in your recovery journey. Residual swelling and immature scar tissue are most likely causing the issues that you described, but this should resolve with time. It can take as long as six months for all swelling to settle down. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to confirm my advice. Good luck.

It's still too soon to tell what your final results will be. Swelling can persist for months, so it's important to be on the right after care protocols.
