Hi there, and congratulations on your implants! Based on your pictures, it looks like everything is beginning to heal nicely. However, at only nine days after your breast augmentation, your implants still haven't had a chance to "drop and fluff." By this, we mean that your breast tissue will become more accommodating to your new implants, which will begin to settle into a lower, more natural-looking position over the next weeks and months. Great question! As you can see from your before pictures you were already triangle shaped to begin with. This is called tuberous breasts. There are many different types of tuberous breasts. The implants will only make you a larger version of what you were to begin with. There are a few things you can do after you heal to help the shape. Possibly doing a circle mastopexy to tighten your areolas and also you could change your implants out to a different profile so they would not be as tall. Also give your body a good three months to heal. Good luck!
