A mommy makeover aims to correct issues resulting from pregnancy and childbirth, but it can be a good option for anyone looking to improve multiple trouble spots during a single operation, with one recovery period. My patients in the Seattle area typically choose a mommy makeover to address excess skin on the abdomen, unwanted fat in the thighs or hips, and breast changes, like volume loss or sagging. Patients with extra skin and fat in the abdominal area might opt for a tummy tuck, to remove skin and fat and tighten the underlying muscles for a slimmer appearance. For stubborn pockets of fat on the torso or extremities, liposuction is the most effective remedy. Most of my patients opt for breast augmentation, often combined with a breast lift, to restore lost volume and reposition breasts that have been stretched by breastfeeding. I also perform Brazilian butt lift surgery, for patients looking for a more hourglass silhouette.

Dr. Miranda was fantastic. I had to have two lipomas removed. One was under the muscle and very painful.
