It takes some time for swelling to abate and breast to take on their final shape and size. I would suggest that whatever result you have at 3 months will be a close representation to the final result.

After a mastopexy your breasts will have swelling and sit higher on your chest wall and with time all will soften and settle.

You would notice this within 1-2 days from surgery. The nipple/areola would start to darken and scab. It may only be partial necrosis. If you are concerned see your plastic surgeon immediately.
Thank you for your question. Typically at 4 weeks you can use your body as your guide to start exercising but I do not suggest my patients start playing raquette sports until 6 weeks after surgery to best ensure full recovery.
